Kate Wei Liu, MS PSY, NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach) and Duke certified Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, is the founder of L-way Wellness Consulting.  She holds dual M.S. degrees in Health Psychology and Engineering, and has extensive training both in Eastern and Western healing philosophies including positive psychology, relationship coaching, brain health, and yoga.  L-way Wellness devotes its lifelong passion of helping people to achieve optimal self-care, health and wellbeing.  With our partner teams, accumulated experience and unique perspectives, we facilitate ultimate benefits in growth of all aspects of wellness.  Our integrative health and wellbeing coaching model (Wellbeing Model) connects directly to You, collaborates directly with You to work to your potential and cultivate the unique path for a better You.
