Focusing on your health and wellbeing as a whole, we will introduce you to 9 principles of holistic self-care within our unique Wellbeing Wheel. Based on your self assessment, we can help you manage lifestyle risks to chronic diseases. Together we can set up a success-oriented action plan to achieve your health and wellness goals, ranging from improving health conditions such as high blood pressure or weight management to mental and emotional wellness. Mental Wellbeing Coaching
Just like physical health, we also have mental health. Mental health is not equal to mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety. According to WHO (World Health Organization), mental health is "a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make contributions to his or her community."
Based on state of the art positive psychology and health psychology principles, we will work with you to strengthen mental fitness in thinking, feeling, and relationship management to keep your mind healthy and strong so that it becomes a daily habit. Women Wellbeing Coaching
For women in a transition phase of life - menopause, empty nest, career and relationship changes, any or all of the above, we are here to support you with women-focused coaching and ultimate self care skills to help you redefine your life purpose and embrace new opportunities to thrive.

Body Awareness Coaching
Body awareness coaching helps you to deepen the connection with your body, increase awareness of the effects of stress and negative emotions on your body so that you can proactively regulate them before they overwhelm you. Benefits of a strong mind-body connection include better balance, weight and pain management, and improved mental and emotional well-being. Our unique Body Awareness Coaching combines Taiji and Yoga principles to help you improve full body awareness.
